Responsibilities Support various product stakeholders with compliance and sustainability requirements Analyze existing products with respect to environmental regulations Support development teams in conducting life cycle assessments (LCA) Advise development teams on the selection of environmentally compliant materials and components Use appropriate tools to ensure compliance with environmental and sustainability requirements Process change requests in the context of environmental and sustainability standards Create and maintain documentation for environmental compliance and product conformity Coordinate a local team of engineers in Product Compliance and Sustainability Requirements Successfully completed degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Materials Science Solid knowledge of relevant standards and regulations (e.g., REACH, RoHS) Experience in material management and product compliance in the context of environmental protection Ideally experience in Product Sustainability, particularly in conducting life cycle assessments (LCA) Knowledge of EN 45545 (material selection and design) is an advantage Independent, structured, and responsible way of working Strong team spirit and open, transparent communicationVery good German and English skills, both written and spoken #J-18808-Ljbffr
