Responsibilities Laying the foundation: You identify sustainability requirements from key reporting frameworks such as CSRD or ESRS, common questionnaires, and industry‑specific standards. Data architecture: You consolidate these requirements and translate them into clear, logical structures for our Sunhat database and its modules.
Customer Success: You support clients from a wide range of industries in mapping their individual sustainability strategies on our platform.
Requirements Interest in tech and ESG: You want to contribute to a more sustainable economy through technology and ideally already have first exposure to sustainability topics from your studies, projects, or early work experience.
Structured thinking: You enjoy bringing order to complex topics and creating clear logic for quantitative and qualitative data points. Working style: You work independently, think in a solution‑oriented way, and keep oversight even during extensive documentation processes.
