You coordinate internal interfaces (Sales, Project Management, Certification Team) to ensure smooth project workflows and prompt responses to customer inquiries. Responsibilities You manage our existing clients throughout the entire project lifecycle, ensuring professional coordination, transparency, and a consistently positive customer experience.
You continuously nurture existing customer relationships, document needs in the CRM, and ensure structured, high‑quality, and reliable communication. You advise existing clients on relevant offerings such as studies, analyses, certifications, and benchmarks, and assist in selecting the most suitable services.
You guide clients through certification and analysis processes, ensure transparency, and make sure all information is complete, timely, and of high quality. Through active, forward‑looking relationship management, you strengthen long‑term retention and account development, thereby making a significant contribution to sustainable customer growth.
Initial experience in Customer Relations, Customer Success, Account Management, or sales‑adjacent roles. Enjoy interacting with customers, providing advice, and delivering service‑oriented communication. Strong ability to recognize needs, identify potential, and develop customer accounts.
