Key responsibilities: • Own and develop the global Source-to-Pay / external posting: procurement sustainability and third-party risk framework • Lead supplier due diligence, ESG assessments, audits, and risk monitoring activities • Ensure compliance with relevant supply chain due diligence regulations • Collaborate with procurement, legal, compliance, sustainability, HSE, finance, and IT stakeholders • Maintain risk dashboards, heat maps, and reporting for senior management • Drive continuous improvement of risk management processes, tools, and supplier standards • Lead training initiatives and support change management activities related to sustainability and risk programs Requirements: • Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Law, or a related field • Several years of experience in supply chain, procurement, risk management, compliance, or sustainability • Strong knowledge of ESG, supplier due diligence, risk assessment methodologies, and international supply chain regulations and frameworks (e.g., LkSG, CSDDD) • Experience with SAP, SRM systems, and data analysis/reporting tools • Proven project management and stakeholder management skills in global organizations • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate risk insights into actionable business decisions • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across functions and cultures • Fluent English; German or additional languages are an advantage Our Offer: • Interesting and varied job in a diverse international environment with the opportunity to contribute innovative ideas • As a family business, we are guided by the values of closeness, reliability, vision and independence; this culture is lived in practice and ensures an open and friendly working atmosphere from day one • Excellent work equipment and free car and bicycle parking spaces in our modern office in the heart of Berlin-Schöneberg • We create the appropriate framework conditions for you: capital-forming benefits, Christmas and holiday pay, childcare allowance, 30d holidays, flexible working hours, holiday and Christmas bonuses, company pension scheme, JobRad and/or Jobticket • True to our motto "Make yourself grow", we support the professional and personal development of our employees As our Procurement Risk & Sustainability Manager (m/f/d) you will take a key role in strengthening supplier resilience, advancing sustainability, and ensuring responsible sourcing across our global procurement organization.
