Berlin | Hybrid / Flexible Working Full-time For our client, an internationally renowned and innovative company, we are looking for a Sustainability Reporting & Circularity Specialist – EMEA (m/f/d) to join the team in Berlin.
Your Responsibilities • Collect, consolidate and validate data for mandatory sustainability and environmental reporting across EMEA • Prepare and maintain reporting data for submissions to relevant authorities • Analyse and structure data using Excel, including PivotTables and dashboards • Support operational and administrative processes related to sustainability and circularity activities • Coordinate and review invoices, contracts, payments and Purchase Orders (POs) • Track reporting requirements, deadlines and supporting documentation • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure accurate and complete data • Support the continuous improvement of reporting and data-management processes • Contribute to topics related to Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR), battery recycling and circular economy Your Profile • Strong experience in reporting, administration, compliance, sustainability operations or a comparable field • Proven experience in data collection, consolidation and reporting • Very good Excel skills, particularly PivotTables, data analysis and dashboards • Strong organisational skills and a structured, detail-oriented way of working • Experience handling administrative processes such as invoices, contracts, payments and Purchase Orders • Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders, reporting requirements and deadlines • Good communication skills and confidence working in an international environment Nice to Have • Knowledge of Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) • Experience with battery recycling, environmental compliance or circular economy topics • Experience with sustainability or regulatory reporting • Knowledge of Power BI What You Can Expect • An attractive salary package • A role within an international and highly innovative environment • Exposure to sustainability and circularity topics across the EMEA region • Flexible hybrid working options • The opportunity to work with international stakeholders and contribute to regulatory sustainability initiatives • A modern working environment in Berlin In this role, you will support sustainability and circularity activities across the EMEA region, combining regulatory reporting, data management and operational coordination.
