- Strong knowledge of ESG frameworks, sustainability reporting standards, environmental regulations, and evolving compliance requirements.
- Experience developing sustainability KPIs, managing data quality, preparing reports, and translating insights into meaningful business recommendations.
- Proven ability to influence and collaborate across functions, including Operations, Product, Supply Chain, Marketing, Sales, Communications, Legal, Finance, and Data teams.
- Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, project management, and reporting tools; experience with sustainability reporting platforms is a plus.
- Experience developing governance processes, procedures, and scalable practices within a global organization.
