Job Description Start your career in sustainability consulting with our 12-month Trainee Programme at Unique Land Use GmbH. This is not an internship, but a structured entry programme for graduates and early-career professionals who want to develop into confident consultants.

You will receive technical training in your assigned topics and work with relevant tools, services and standards, for example in carbon certification, specific methodologies, project management, etc..

You are interested in starting or developing your career in sustainable land use, climate, forestry, agriculture and rural development, or digital solutions. You are interested in building technical and consulting skills. You are fluent in English and at least one additional language.

What we offer A structured 12-month Trainee Programme with a monthly salary of €3,000 , including a Hansefit membership for sports and health activities. A monthly contribution of €30 towards the Deutschlandticket. An individual trainee plan, developed during your first month together with your department head and mentor.

A dedicated contact person for your professional and career development, as well as a trainee buddy for everyday questions. Hands-on learning through real consulting projects, with sufficient time to settle into your role and develop your skills.

Regular check-ins, a performance and integration review after three months, and a mid-term feedback meeting. A professional development budget of up to €2,000 for external training and personal development , including travel expenses.

The opportunity to take part in at least one joint field mission and actively contribute to internal knowledge exchange.
