Responsibilities Act as key operational partner for regulatory compliance for sustainability.

Drive day-to-day execution and provide regulatory insights. Ensure global compliance of HP products with environmental regulations and market access requirements. Maintain visibility on regulations, trends, implementation status, risks, and challenges across regions. Prepare and support monthly compliance reviews and reporting.
Track and resolve off-track items, driving actions and mitigation plans. Support the development and quality of Working Assumptions and regulatory interpretations. Act as packaging sustainability SME for customer inquiries and requirements.
Collaborate with HP product stewards to set and drive HP’s sustainability strategies and goals across functions. Monitor industry trends, technologies, and competitor landscape. Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in sustainability, Environmental Science or related field.
Knowledge and understanding of sustainability topics (ESG, recycling, circular economy, etc.) Strong project management skills Using data and AI tools Typically, 2+ years’ experience in packaging design, sustainability, compliance or with relevant work experience.
Desirable: experience/specialist knowledge of Extended Producer Responsibility (including WEEE and Batteries), P
