Project Manager in the field of Certification and Sustainability (m/f/x)

Overview

In this role you drive sustainability certification and consulting on energy, life cycle, and building physics for complex, interdisciplinary projects. You will coordinate certification processes across DGNB, BNB, LEED, BREEAM, and WELL, collaborating with multiple disciplines to optimize environmental performance. Verantwortungsbereiche

• Independent supervision and technical coordination of certification processes (DGNB, BNB, LEED, BREEAM, WELL)
• Preparation of proofs and concepts within certification scope
• Processing of energetically and architecturally demanding projects
• Holistic consulting on sustainability across ecology, energy, life cycle considerations, materials and building physics
• Close cooperation with various disciplines within the company
• Contributing to the ongoing certification-related advisory work across projects

Zentrale Anforderungen

• Education in civil engineering, process engineering, architecture, or real estate management (or similar)
• Experience with certification systems; ideally as DGNB auditor/coordinator, BREEAM AP, or WELL AP
• Knowledge in life cycle assessment and life cycle costs
• Very good command of German and English
• Willingness to take responsibility and actively engage in projects
