pWould you like to shape how a global organization anticipates and responds to rapidly evolving sustainability and product regulations? /p pAs bSenior Sustainability Regulatory Manager /b, you will establish and lead a centralized internal function responsible for managing environmental, material and product-related regulations.

You will provide group-wide direction on requirements such as REACH, RoHS, PFAS, Ecodesign and Right to Repair, helping us anticipate regulatory changes, protect market access and future-proof our product p /p pThis strategic, cross-functional role goes beyond regulatory monitoring and compliance advice.

You will translate evolving obligations into actionable company requirements, establish effective governance and drive their consistent implementation across business units and functions. /p pbMore about the role /b /p liEstablish a structured approach to monitoring global and regional environmental, material and product regulations. /li liAssess the applicability and impact of new and evolving requirements across products, technologies, markets and lifecycle stages. /li liTranslate complex legal and technical obligations into clear company requirements, regulatory positions and practical guidance. /li liDesign and continuously improve the end-to-end regulatory lifecycle—from early monitoring and gap identification through remediation, verification and closure. /li liEstablish governance structures, decision forums, escalation paths and clear accountabilities across product stewardship activities. /li liLead cross-functional gap assessments and remediation programs, ensuring clear ownership, prioritization, risk management and progress tracking. /li liServe as the group-level product stewardship authority, providing expert guidance and building regulatory capability across the organization. /li liStrengthen product and material data governance and provide senior leadership with transparent metrics on regulatory exposure and remediation progress. /li pbMore about you /b /p liAt least a Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, chemistry, materials science, engineering, law, regulatory studies or a related discipline; a Master’s degree or equivalent postgraduate qualification in sustainability or a related field is strongly preferred. /li liAt least 10 years of progressive experience in product stewardship, environmental compliance, sustainability, regulatory affairs, quality or a related area within a regulated, product-based industry. /li liStrong knowledge of regulations such as REACH, RoHS, PFAS restrictions, Ecodesign and Right to Repair, ideally across multiple regions. /li liSenior-level experience establishing capabilities, processes and governance and leading through influence in complex, global organizations. /li liA strong track record of leading regulatory gap assessments, cross-functional remediation programs and regulatory-driven change. /li liThe ability to translate legal and technical requirements into practical direction and collaborate across RD, Quality and Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, Product Management, Sustainability, Data and IT. /li liFamiliarity with product and material data governance and environments such as PLM, ERP or material data management systems. /li liFluent English and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence senior leaders. /li pbMore about what we offer: /b /p pAs one of the world’s leading hearing care providers headquartered in Switzerland, we’re committed to building an inclusive culture.
