Key Responsibilities:

• Guide public and private clients in creating and executing sustainability and Net-Zero strategies.
• Lead decarbonization and ESG integration projects, identifying new processes and technologies to align with sustainability goals.
• Develop frameworks for impact assessments, sustainability reporting, and performance management to drive meaningful results.
• Conduct ESG and materiality analyses, evaluating global trends in CSR and decarbonisation.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing expert advice and fostering trust across all levels.

Your Profile:

• Degree in Economics, Environmental Sciences, Engineering, or Sustainability-related fields (e.g., Sustainability Management, Finance, Development).
• 5-10 years of professional experience leading sustainability projects.
• In-depth knowledge of ESG frameworks, sustainability strategies, and regulations (e.g., Taxonomy Regulation, Disclosure Regulation).
• Strong understanding of global sustainability trends and political frameworks.
• Excellent communication skills in German and English.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
