Senior Sustainability Consultant (F/M/X) We are looking for a Senior Sustainability Consultant to join the DACH Consulting team on a permanent contract based in Berlin.

Under the supervision of the Head of Client Delivery – Germany, your main responsibilities will include: Project deployment Support the deployment of the SaaS platform to DACH clients with other project managers in coordination with other internal teams.

Act as a liaison between client functional entities (IT, Learning, etc.) and Deepki teams, streamline communication and ensure alignment with deployment goals. Support operational team members during the transition of new client accounts, ensuring smooth data migration and process alignment.

Cross‑Functional coordination Coordinate collaborative efforts between different Deepki teams, including Customer Solution Engineering (CSE), Customer Success Management (CSM), and Product teams.

Possible career paths: You will mentor more junior consultants and be responsible for internal workstreams aimed at improving the team’s operational efficiency and processes. You will take on a pivotal role in deploying our Sustainability data intelligence platform for our DACH clients, contributing to the overall success of Deepki in the DACH market. The Consultant will manage and monitor the deployment of our platform for DACH clients, adopting a hands‑on approach to project management process stages.

Technical involvement Participate in the technical implementation of the platform, translate client needs into technical functionalities actively assessing various evolutions and enhancements. Conduct comprehensive data collection, identifying both existing and new data sources, and advocate for their seamless integration into our platform.

Analyse customer data to identify ways to optimise the application and associated processes. Extensively test and improve application configurations and technical processes. Sustainability prioritization Get involved in the understanding of the client’s sustainability priorities, encompassing frameworks, and reporting requirements.

Translate client sustainability priorities into actionable steps within the deployment strategy and contribute to the continuous improvement of Deepki’s roadmap. Foster effective communication and collaboration to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to client deployment. Other Apply the internal information systems security policy.

Report all security incidents. Apply operating procedures. Your profile Degree in Engineering, Real Estate, Business or similar degree that enables you to succeed within this role. 8+ years of experience in management consulting overseeing the deployment of complex IT projects.

Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple deployment streams concurrently. Fluency in German and English mandatory. Outstanding stakeholder relationship management as well as problem‑solving skills. Hands‑on approach to operational aspects, implementation, execution, testing and roll‑out.
