Senior Expert (m/f/d) 54A4-4 / AT ntld Level 1 (BesGr A14/A15) Main tasks: Drive the further development and implementation of HR governance and social sustainability within the DHL Group, as well as ensure effective HR risk management Independent concept development, implementation and further development of the Social Due Diligence approach to identify and mitigate social risks and their impacts on business activities: Analysis and assessment of the group-wide social impacts of (inter)national policies and legislative processesDeveloping strategies and reporting approaches for existing and future global ESG transparency requirementsAdvising and supporting various business areas in addressing questions related to social due diligenceDeveloping proposals and strategies to advocate for DHLs interests at the political level and coordination of those with contacts in corporate representationsDriving the development of key performance indicators and data management initiatives to improve reporting capabilities and efficiencyContributing to the creation of internal and external reports, data analyses, and documentation on ESG and social sustainability Independent concept development, implementation and further development of an effective HR risk management and internal control system (HR ICS) in consultation with global and divisional topic owners Creating and maintaining a sustainable HR-ICS environment, e.g., through the adaptation and communication of control templatesDeveloping and coordinating drafts for internal agreements, regulations, and policies (including the DHL Code of Conduct) Leading of cross-divisional projects in topic area, creation of analyses and documentation and securing of results, as well as monitoring of follow-up processes Further development and implementation of communication and training approaches across the area of Social Due Diligence and the DHL Code of Conduct, including coordination of external service providers Creation of communication and decision-making templates, board presentations, and reports for internal and external stakeholders and alignment of those with divisional stakeholders Professional requirements: Completed university degree with a focus on economics, business administration, law, or a comparable qualification Several years of relevant professional experience, ideally in the areas of HR, compliance, audit, law, financial or ESG reporting, or management consulting Knowledge of DHL Group''s business organization and responsibilities is an advantage Proven competence in consulting and multi-year experience in project management of global, cross-divisional/functional projects, preferably in implementation of global HR standards and processes Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Basic knowledge of Power BI / Power Apps is a plus Very good English skills, both written and spoken; knowledge of German is an advantage Personal requirements: Excellent analytical and conceptual skills Independent and structured working style and willingness to take on responsibility Communicative, social, and intercultural competence, as well as high ability to influence and facilitate Above-average commitment and ability to work under pressure Willingness to travel (up to 25% domestically and internationally) Notes for Applicants: Please apply online via the job posting link, submitting your complete application (CV, cover letter, and certificates).
