Responsibilities You identify new business opportunities and independently build a strong network in the fields of workplace health management (BGM), sustainability, and HR You conduct qualified initial consultations, analyze customer needs, and provide professional advice on our services You develop compelling solution proposals and confidently present our portfolio to operational contacts and decision-makers You take responsibility for the entire sales cycle: from initial contact and proposal preparation to closing You manage existing customers, identify growth opportunities, and further develop long-term customer relationships Requirements Commercial training or a degree, ideally in business, sales, or communications Initial professional experience in B2B sales, preferably in a consultative or technically complex environment Enjoyment of outbound sales, strong communication skills, and a confident, professional manner Structured, goal-oriented working style and a good sense for customer needs Excellent German skills (at least C1); good English skills are an advantage Hands‑on mentality, team spirit, and strong motivation to continue developing professionally
