Key Responsibilities

• Design and optimize chemical processes with a focus on reducing waste, energy consumption, and emissions.
• Conduct life cycle assessments (LCAs) for new and existing processes.
• Research and evaluate emerging green chemistry technologies and sustainable materials.
• Develop process models that incorporate environmental performance metrics.
• Collaborate remotely with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainability into process development and operations.
• Prepare reports and recommendations on sustainable process improvements.

Requirements

• Master's degree or Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering with a specialization or strong interest in sustainability.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in process engineering, with demonstrated experience in sustainable process design.
• Knowledge of life cycle assessment methodologies and tools.
• Familiarity with green chemistry principles and renewable energy integration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
