As a company committed to promoting quality and sustainable development, we are seeking a passionate professional to join our team. You collaborate with kitchen and restaurant teams, building a strong relationship of trust. Within a team of 12 people, you develop HQSE approaches and ensure certifications.

With consolidated turnover of over CHF 400 million, it is one of the largest catering groups in Switzerland. Its headquarters, located in Rolle (VD), brings together all administrative functions and employs more than a hundred staff.

Your role: Your mission is to provide operational support on topics related to food safety, occupational safety, quality, and sustainability.

Highly present in the field, within the French-speaking region of Switzerland, you thus contribute to operational performance, compliance with company standards, and continuous improvement of the company and management systems. You monitor indicators and develop action plans.

You conduct internal audits and have the ability to manage emergency situations. You are responsible for the occupational health and safety management system. Holding a federal STPS certificate, in collaboration with various internal and external stakeholders, you lead the entire process and maintain ISO 45001 certification.

Your profile: To fully thrive in this role, you have good knowledge of the catering or food industry, you master food microbiology, HACCP standards, food safety regulations, and ISO standards. You have training related to the position. Ideally, you have experience as an auditor in catering or the food industry. You are rigorous and conscientious.

Capable of working with great autonomy, you are also a good communicator. The position reports directly to the Quality and Sustainability Service Management.
