Your responsibilities
Independent supervision and technical coordination of the certification process according to DGNB, BNB, LEED, BREEAM and WELLPreparing of proofs and concepts within the scope of certificationProcessing of energetically and architecturally demanding projectsHolistic consulting on sustainability in various disciplines (ecology, energy, life cycle considerations, materials and building physics)Close cooperation with various disciplines within our companyYour profileYou’ll have successfully completed your education in the field of civil engineering, process engineering, architecture or real estate management or similarYou’re experienced in the application of certification systems, ideally as an approved DGNB auditor or coordinator of sustainable construction, as a BREEAM AP or WELL APYou have knowledge in the field of life cycle assessment and life cycle costsYou have a very good command of German and EnglishYou’re ready to take on responsibility and play an active roleYour applicationWe look forward to receiving your application along with an indication of your salary expectations and your preferred starting date.
