Overview In this role, you will lead global sourcing for Sustainability Services spend, aligning with category strategies to deliver value and reduce risk. You’ll manage end-to-end supplier relationships and drive multi-market initiatives, partnering with Nestlé businesses to embed early procurement involvement. You’ll shape supplier collaborations, monitor performance, and focus on sustainability-driven sourcing. This is a chance to influence how Nespresso scales responsible procurement across regions.

Anforderungen Degree in Engineering, Procurement, Supply Chain or Natural Sciences Solid experience in procurement, category management, or related international role Experience with sustainability-related services is advantageous Strong project management and ownership mindset for multi-country initiatives Excellent stakeholder management, communication and negotiation skills Comfort with data, digital tools and business systems for analysis and decision-making Fluency in English (written and spoken) Stakeholder management Negotiation Communication RFP processes and supplier selection Data analysis and reporting Use of digital tools and business systems for procurement
