We are looking for a Customer Service Representative in permanent contract to join the customer serviceteam in Hamburg in the Solution & Ingredient Division of our European subsidiary of the Ajinomoto Group, which provides technical and innovative solutions to food manufacturers in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
Your responsibilities: Being in charge of order handling: Implement customer purchase orders into SAP system ; Being in charge of contract handling: implement contract details into SAP ; Being in charge of sample handling: Implement sample order into SAP -follow up sending with logistics department – inform customer/sales manager when being sent ; Implement customer complaints into AFE internal system (ENNOV)- stay in touch with quality on the evaluation and inform customer about final result ; Help with overdue invoices- staying in touch with finance department and sales ; Being in touch with customers, sales, logistics and finance department on the process flow from receipt of the order until delivery.
