As a Sustainability Data Specialist based in Zurich, you will support the company’s sustainability ambitions by collecting, validating, and calculating Scope 1‑3 data, and building end‑to‑end data flows to transform raw source data into actionable metrics.

Model and map sustainability data flows from source systems to reporting tools, turning raw data into actionable metrics. Execute data workstreams for sustainability disclosure and regulatory requirements (e.g., CSRD). Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Environmental Engineering, Sustainability, or a related field.

Minimum 1 year of experience in sustainability data with a track record in carbon accounting and expertise in the GHG Protocol. Ability to code in Python for data processing and task automation. Experience with BigQuery or similar data‑warehouse architecture, including query writing and optimization.

Proficiency in data management tools such as Excel and Google Sheets. Strong understanding of sustainability metrics, reporting standards (e.g., SBTi), and global regulations. Fluency in English. Passion for sustainability. Equal Opportunity Statement On is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
