The Opportunity: Liaise with franchise heads, product teams, business units, competitive intelligence teams, business development, communication and finance to keep up to date with the Pharma pipeline and ongoing business developments Contribute to quarterly results presentations for the management team with focus on the preparation and review of slides decks and Q&A Organize IR events, develop story lines and contribute to external presentations delivered by senior management at medical conferences and IR company days (e.g.

Pharma Day, Diagnostics Day, ESG Day, Digitalization Day) Review and provide feedback to achieve alignment between IR and communication teams for Media & IR releases in assigned areas Prepare supporting materials and draft Q&A documents for senior management prior to investor conferences/visits Compile analyst notes to summarize financial community sentiment, expectations and projections You will be acting as a key point of contact for analysts and investors to process all sustainability (ESG: Environmental, Social, Governance) related requests You will liaise with Sustainability, Access, Safety Health & Environment, Legal, and Communications on sustainability and governance topics Manage all ESG content on the IR homepage Who you are: You have a strong life science/medical background with working experience either in the pharmaceutical industry, pharma consulting or insights businesses, or financial industry (Pharma/Biotech financial analyst).

As Investor Relations Officer, your basic responsibilities are to ensure the correct flow of relevant information and company messages, analyze financial community expectations and sentiments, develop the financial community’s understanding and appreciation of Roche’s pharmaceutical business with focus on the development pipeline.

You will gain experience related to internal and external communication to senior management and the financial community. Minimum 5 years of working experience in the pharmaceutical industry (e.g. business development, scientific/medical communication, competitive intelligence, M&D, R&D etc.) or in an associated field (e.g.
