Tasks LHA Strategy and Sustainability Team is responsible for developing and implementing the strategy and achieving the sustainability goals, including by advising and supporting the LHA Management Board.

Your main tasks include: Participate in tasks of high economic and strategic relevance by supporting the planning, implementation and management of key initiatives Gain practical experience with a focus on structuring and analysing complex, multidimensional and cross-functional business challenges Contribute to the development of target systems, KPIs and measures for steering and monitoring strategy execution Support the communication of strategic and sustainability initiatives to specialist departments and cross-functional stakeholders Participate in the development of concepts, business cases and business plans to ensure the successful implementation of strategic projects Behind the scenes Become part of our team!
