Main Goal Define and deploy a common Operational Excellence framework across BSA Europe, Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the performance of functions and sites, Build and lead a European community dedicated to Operational Excellence, Structure and improve the Quality Management System, Define and implement the European Safety strategy, fostering a shared safety culture, Monitor safety performance indicators and lead risk reduction action plans, Coordinate the deployment of the CSR and Sustainability roadmap, Manage the relevant teams and support transformation across countries and functions.
