Start date: 01.08.2026. Responsibilities Process management: responsible for new product processes and sustainability. Risk assessment: conduct thorough risk voting of real‑estate transactions. ESG competence: support projects and tasks related to ESG risk management.
Sustainability monitoring: implement sustainability aspects in risk monitoring of real‑estate, credit and infrastructure funds. Transaction support: assist acquisition processes of ship, aircraft and infrastructure credits. Qualifications Completed (technical) university degree, preferably with a focus on real estate.
First professional and project experience in risk management of a real‑estate investor. Interest in risk management in real‑estate, credit and infrastructure investments. Persuasive communication and interest in working in agile projects. Analytical thinking, practical orientation, resilience and experience with regulatory tasks.
