What You'll Bring To The Table • A university degree in Business Administration, Economics, Law, Sustainability, or a related discipline. • 5-7 years of relevant Experience in ESG, sustainability reporting, compliance, governance, or a comparable field, combined with a genuine passion for driving positive impact. • A solid understanding of non-financial reporting requirements and a curiosity to stay ahead of evolving regulatory developments. • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to bring structure, clarity, and momentum to complex topics. • An analytical mindset paired with strategic thinking and a talent for turning data into meaningful insights and business value. • A collaborative and proactive approach, enabling trusted partnerships across diverse stakeholders, teams, and functions. • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken, is essential for success in this role. What The Job Will Look Like • Shaping Grünenthal's sustainability reporting journey and driving transparency on topics that matter for patients, society, and the business. • Leading the ongoing development of our ESG reporting framework in line with evolving regulatory requirements and industry best practices. • Driving the Double Materiality Assessment process and helping translate sustainability priorities into meaningful business decisions. • Building strong partnerships across functions to enhance ESG data quality, accountability, and reporting excellence. • Orchestrating end-to-end reporting activities and collaborating with external auditors to ensure transparency, compliance, and audit readiness. • Acting as a trusted advisor, empowering colleagues across the organization through guidance, knowledge sharing, and ESG expertise.
