Your mission Position, Location, Department Full-time | Munich, Madrid | ESG & Public Affairs Position Summary The ESG Manager is responsible for supporting the implementation of ESG initiatives across JA Europe's PV and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) businesses.

The role works across commercial, regulatory, product sustainability, supply chain, and customer-related ESG topics to support business growth and ensure compliance with evolving ESG requirements.

The position contributes to the delivery of ESG projects, supports customer and sales activities, coordinates cross-functional stakeholders, and helps implement regional ESG initiatives in alignment with the strategy defined by the Head of ESG & Public Affairs.

Major Responsibilities ESG Business Support Support ESG activities across the company's PV module and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) businesses, including customer, product sustainability, supply chain, and regulatory topics.

Support customer ESG requests, due diligence processes, certifications, sustainability documentation, and evidence packages. Contribute to the implementation of ESG requirements related to batteries, energy storage systems, and evolving European regulations.

ESG Project Delivery Manage assigned ESG projects and workstreams from planning through implementation and completion. Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to ensuretimelydelivery of assigned initiatives. Monitor project progress and communicate updates to management.

Market & Regulatory Monitoring Monitor ESG legislation, sustainability trends, and customer requirements relevant to the European renewable energy market. Provide structured market insights and recommendations to support continuous improvement of ESG practices.
