Job purpose / role Within the COO function of Allianz Investment Management, the Data Management & Operations team is responsible for the architecture and design of investment processes and related data management processes, service provider management, project delivery and budget oversight.

Key responsibilities • Coordinate ESG data onboarding, deliveries and lead internal closing activities • Monitor ESG data quality and support the resolution of data-related issues • Support ESG-related regulatory and sustainability reporting • Collaborate with Allianz entities, asset managers, service providers and IT teams on ESG data topics • Maintain and enhance ESG data processes, controls and documentation, including the implementation of new data and reporting requirements • Prepare analyses, presentations and management reporting related to ESG data activities Key requirements/skills/experience • University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Sustainability, Information Management, or a related field • Up to 3 years of professional experience in data management, reporting, business analysis, investment operations, or a related financial services environment • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with experience in data quality controls and reporting processes • Knowledge of ESG data, sustainability reporting and related regulatory frameworks, including SFDR, CSRD and the EU Taxonomy • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills • Fluent written and spoken English What we offer • Our buddy program, a welcome event and a structured onboarding to help you get started with AIM. • A broad range of learning opportunities will help you staying relevant in your current role and growing into future workplace demands • An open and international working environment with a diverse and inclusive culture will inspire your everyday work.
