ESG Reporting Work closely with ESG reporting and sustainability teams on regulatory reporting preparedness. Leadership Manage and develop a high‑performing team; provide mentorship and set performance goals. Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial statements, footnotes, MD&A, and related disclosures.
Coordinate with external auditors on quarterly reviews and annual audit procedures. Co‑lead project management for CSRD readiness‑project and SEC climate‑related disclosure compliance. Establish and maintain ESG data governance frameworks, controls, and audit trails.
Serve as subject matter expert and advisor to senior management on reporting and ESG matters. Build strong working relationships with Legal, IR, Sustainability, and external advisors. #J-18808-Ljbffr
