This entry-level role is ideal for individuals looking to start a career in customer service within the semiconductor industry. What you will do Assist in processing customer orders, inquiries, and returns accurately and promptly. Maintain and update customer records in SAP HANA system.

Communicate with internal departments (Sales, Logistics, Production) to ensure order fulfillment. Respond to basic customer inquiries via email and phone in a professional manner. Generate and maintain reports related to customer service activities.

Experience: 0–1 years in customer service, administrative support, or related field (internship experience is a plus). Abilities/Qualities: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to read and write in English fluently for professional communication. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Detail-oriented with good organizational skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Preferred: Familiarity with SAP or ERP systems and interest in the semiconductor industry.
