The candidate should have 2 main experiences:
Able to co-ordinate a customer center team /reception and help them to: Increase the leads conversion rate Improve their media engaging abilities Warm-welcome walk-in patients Promote and cross-sell additional services, including dermatology, dental, and laser treatments, based on patient needs.
Persuade patients to proceed with treatment plans recommended by doctors through professional consultation and follow-up. Communicate with customers via phone, email, WhatsApp, and online chat, responding promptly and professionally.
Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs Data entry in various platforms Maintain accurate customer records and perform data entry across CRM and other clinic management platforms.
Handle reception duties, including appointment scheduling, patient registration, and front desk management. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction while meeting lead conversion and service quality targets.
