Position Overview
The Chief Sustainability Officer (CSO) is responsible for leading the organization’s environmental, social, and governance (ESG) strategy and sustainability initiatives. The CSO drives the integration of sustainable business practices into corporate strategy, operations, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
This role ensures the organization meets regulatory requirements, sustainability goals, and long‑term ESG commitments while enhancing corporate reputation and business resilience. Key Responsibilities ESG & Sustainability Strategy Develop and execute the organization’s ESG and sustainability strategy aligned with corporate objectives.
Integrate ESG principles into business operations, investments, and decision‑making processes. Environmental Sustainability Initiatives Lead initiatives focused on carbon reduction, energy efficiency, waste management, and climate resilience. Develop strategies to reduce environmental impact and support net‑zero objectives.
